I know that technology brings change, but when the recouring payment system changed how it is done, it doesn't work like it used to. I think it is slow when you try to figure out how to cancel or hold any new or old payment patterns. It's not straight forward and not easy when having to navigate how to actually start a payment schedule."

"Useless Westpac. Need to change banks tomorrow. Debit card malfunction shows me with $60 out of account after trying to buy Lotto entries for Tonight and Thursday night. The Lott can't do anything about it, as it is all a failure at Westpac's end. Can't do online groceries shopping for a delivery on Friday as same thing will undoubtedly happen. Pathetic."

"This app won't remember any login details. Then tells me my password needs to change . Been into the bank because of this app I've had to change my password and bank staff are no allowed to tell me what my password is even though I've forgotten it"

"Am liking the new app. BUT the last download has triggered something that keeps opening up a Westpac app link in the browser. This ends up opening up EVERY time the screen changes and I have tried everything I can to disable or block it but it still happens. I can end up with 20 or more tabs with the link in a day."
